How will I know my order has been successfully placed?

If you’ve popped in all your payment details and hit ‘Pay now’ you should see an order confirmation page. This will say a great big thank you for trusting us with your blooms, and should have your order number and details on it. 
We’ll also send you an email with all your order info. If you’re not sure what’s going on, get in touch and we’ll get to the bottom of it.
