I’ve received flowers anonymously – can I find out who they are from?

We understand that receiving flowers anonymously may prompt questions about who sent them. Due to GDPR we cannot disclose a sender’s details without their permission.

If you are concerned that a delivery may be linked to stalking, harassment or other unwanted behaviour, please contact our Customer Care team to report your concerns. We take all reports seriously and will assess each situation, working with the relevant florist and, where appropriate, the authorities to help prevent further unwanted deliveries.
